The Alpin Expanse is a massive plain, covered in small, dense shrubs and speckled with the occasional, small pine tree. Small rocky drop-offs are common, and the sides of some hills have degraded to gravelly landslides. It borders the Shattered Plains, the Tendrin Netherlands, and the Braes of Glendochart. A bit of the River Sadie also passes through it, though, mostly only it's tributaries. In the north-east of the plain, near to the Shattered Plains, there are numerous, dense forests of conifers. These forests meander a bit to the west, almost making it to the Barrows on the western shores before dispersing and mixing with other less-hardy trees.
